Terms

Please read the entire terms and conditions carefully before contacting me.

General information

Commission will not begin until payment is made.
• There will be no refunds or cancellations of the commission. Please be aware when placing the order.
• You are only purchasing the digital file (.png), not the printed work.
• Upon completion of the commission, it will be sent to your email.
• The file will be delivered in (.png) with a background in a base color (depending on the commission) and one in (.png) without a background (transparent).
• The illustration can only be used for personal purposes, it may NOT be used for commercial purposes of any kind.
• The illustration will have my signature, without exceptions or at my will.
• Depending on the amount of details of the character, the price may increase by 20% or as a consideration.
• The commission considers 1 character, more than one character will be charged extra, on average 80% of a single character.
• If you want the character's background to be detailed, an extra commission will be charged given the level of detail.
• I reserve the right to decline your request if I am not sure I can express what you request or I do not feel comfortable with it.
• Avoid asking me to draw in a different style. Only styles shown in the commission list are available. You can visit my gallery to better appreciate some examples.
• Absolutely all completed commissions will be published publicly on each of my networks tagging the client. If for any reason you wish to keep your client name/alias or that of your OC (not canon/official characters) anonymous, please let me know in advance.

CHANGES

During the preparation of the commission, shipments of sketches will be provided for correction considering the following:
a) When starting the sketch, the client will provide references (poses, expressions, clothing, color palette, details or accessories, etc.), as detailed as possible to avoid confusion. (a reference form will be sent to you)
b) 2 corrections during the sketch stage are included in the price.
c) A third correction in the sketch will be taken as an extra charge depending on the complexity. ($3-10 USD) (payment required to receive commission upon completion)
d) From the outlining, 1 correction is included in the price.
e) A second correction in outline or color will be charged extra depending on the complexity ($15-25 USD)
f) If the drawing is finished I can add some minor details that I may forget.

PERMITS or PROHIBITIONS

As an artist I have all rights reserved on the commission made.
• I undertake to carry out the order if the conditions were accepted by both parties, respecting the money, the client's trust and the time established for its execution, the latter only affected by any cause of force majeure.
- As a customer -
• You can re-upload the commission to your social networks, providing the corresponding credits.
• Use the commission for personal purposes (on your personal networks, print it for yourself or give it to a friend/family member, etc.), non-profit activities.
• YOU CANNOT modify the commission. Trace or recolor the commission.
• You may NOT use it for commercial purposes.
• You CANNOT delete my artist signature.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Payment will be mainly via PAYPAL, in Mexico, it can also be made by bank transfer or deposit in OXXO (the latter if the first option is not possible).
• I will request payment myself to avoid any type of erroneous confusion.
• DO NOT send any payment in advance until the commission request has been accepted and you are notified of it, remember to send a photo of proof of payment.

CONSIDERATIONS and WORK SPEED

• I communicate mainly in Spanish, but I can handle English at a medium level, this may contribute to the delay in responding, please be considerate and patient, thank you.
• I am committed to completing the assignment as quickly as possible.
• Waiting time is 15 to 20 business days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
• You may be part of a waiting list, where in the worst case the maximum period may be more than 1 month, I will notify you when you start your order.
• I'll post a list of commission statuses before or during yours so you can see an estimate of progress.
• If you need a commission for a specific or urgent date, tell me in the form, I will not advance your fee, but I will take it into consideration, otherwise I will increase the price of your order to give you priority in finishing it over the others.
• To provide you with better service and confidence, I work during moments of greatest motivation. Please also remember that I have a life, with tasks, jobs and responsibilities, so I appreciate your consideration of any delays.

By asking me for a commission, you mean that you have read and agreed to all of the terms outlined above. Likewise, you agree to the policy of using my art for personal non-profit purposes by providing credit to me.
